Question: Hi Doctor. I am having chest pain 2.5" NE from my left nipple. My pulse is 82. I took 1 gel cap Advil about 15 min ago. Should I go to a hospital ER??? Thank you. I also have 2 stents from about 10 yrs. Also took 2 low dose Bayer aspirin. I'm sipping water every minute. The pain started after sex with Viagara about 30 mins ago.

Thanks for the query

From the history given by you, I strongly suggest that you approach the ER. Chest pain after sex is typical of an acute event.

For now I also suggest
1. do not drive to the hospital yourself
2. avoid climbing stairs
3. Be in supine ( sleeping) position as much as possible
4. continue to take all your previous medications
5. watch out for worsening of chest pain and sweating
