Question: Hi i've been getting some pains in my heart for about 4 months now and today i had a sharp pain down the inside of my left forearm down into my hand, so im a little bit concerned. I'm only 23 years old but in my past i've done 2 courses of steroids injecting around 300mg a week and after that i was addicted to methamphetamine for almost 2-3 months. if you could give me some answers that'd be great

Brief Answer:
Methamphetamine abuse & cardiac pain.

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

Thank you for your query. I can understand your concerns.

Sharp pain inside of left forearm with radiation down to hand could be cardiac in origin (ischemic pain) or it may be due to brachial neuritis. To determine whether your pain is cardiac or non-cardiac, minimum EKG investigation is to be done.

Methamphetamine toxicity may include hypertension, cardiac arrhythmia. Since you have already left taking methamphetamine, it is unlikely to be related to your drug habit.
