Brief Answer: perioral dermatitis Detailed Answer: Hello Thanks for the query and photograph. I can see a bit thinning and redness at the bottom of your lip. This can be present in perioral dermatitis, an allergic condition. Please apply a mild steroid cream like hydrocortisone twice daily for a week. You will get good response. Let me know if you have any other doubts. Thank you

Brief Answer: It can be recurrent Detailed Answer: Hello, Yes perioral dermatitis can be recurrent. Are you sure there no water filled lesions ? On closer examination of photograph I can see few fluid filled lesions. I am just trying to rule out Herpes. Please clear this point, so I can guide you further. Thank you

Brief Answer: not same as yours Detailed Answer: Hello Their condition is different. It's not due to sharing of things. Perioral dermatitis is not a infective thing. They have developed generalised darkening of lips which can be due to many factors like smoking, lack of iron or even sun light . Please take the treatment advised by me. You will recover soon. Thank you
