What Causes Canker Sores In The Bottom Of Lip?

Question: I have canker sores in the bottom of my lip. I'm very scared because I googled about it and it said that it can be caused from HIV. please help me. I am very scared.

First and foremost let me reassure you there is no cause for concern.
From the clinical photograph provided it appears to be apthous ulcer. Hiv or hiv sero conversions will not cause such ulcer.

I would suggest you the following which will definitely help
1. Chlorhexidine mouth wash: Gargle the mouth with Chlorhexidine mouth wash will be helpful. Do it thrice a day
2. Local application of local anaesthetic: Benzocaine gel applied thrice a day will be helpful
3. Oral Multivitamin supplements: They will help in faster resolution of ulcer.
