Brief Answer:
Diagnostic/ health checkup needed

Detailed Answer:
Dear patient,

when someone with your symptoms comes to my office i would suggest the following:

1. Clinical examination full body to get a ood overview of overall health status

2. I'd do a general blood checkup for anemia, inflammation and thyroid function, to check for any causes of tiredness and loose bowel movement, also potassium and magnesium levels to see if there is any deficiency that can be the cause for calf pain

3. Ultrasound of leg arteries to rule out any circulation issues that might be a cause of the calf pain.

Hope this is helping you , if you have any clarificatons you can get back to me, if this was helpful please kindly rate my answer. Best regards
