What Causes Burping And Nausea After Eating?

Question: after recover from lower abdominal pain ,now i always burp a lot n sometime feel nausea about one hour after food.please help. actually the ct scan abd and pelvis only say there's a descending colon collapsed and the rest are normal.is it serious?generally,i'm consider ok.Nowadays,maybe of age catching up.I realise that my menstrual cycle has become irregular.my menses comes every three weeks,since 2013 october,and now since 28feb till now,i'm stil having blood spotting,do u think i should see a gynae doctor?

You can take combination tablet of Pantoprazole 40 mg and Domperidone 10 mg once daily half hour before food for six weeks. Actually i do have an appendicectomy op done in 2001. Will it be the cause?
