Need Urodynaemic Evaluation .

Detailed Answer:
Hello
Thanks for your query, based on the facts that you have posted it appears that you have no urine pressure and no sensation of bladder being filled with urine even after it is filled up completely

I shall be happy if you can post me few more details to help me in making comments on your problem.
1) Do you have symptoms UTI like increased frequency for urination ,burning for urination urgency?
2)Do you need to press your lower abdomen or strain to initiate urination or to pass urine? 3) Is your urine stream normal or weak?
4)Did you have any major illness before you developed these symptoms?

You seem to have Neurogenic bladder and need to consult qualified Urologist for clinical and get following tests done to find out the cause of your problem.
1) Urodynaemic study of Bladder
2) Cystometry study of bladder
3) Endoscopic examination of bladder (Cystoscopy).

Further treatment will depend upon the results of these tests and final diagnosis.

Brief Answer:
YNo issue with Kidneys .

Detailed Answer:
Hello
Thanks for follow up.Since your KFT are within normal range it is sure that you do not have kidney function problem .

Your symptoms are basically related to storage function and emptying of bladder.

Please give feed back on queries I have asked for and get the tests done I have suggested under guidance of a qualified Urologist where facilities are available to conduct these tests.

Thanks and Regards.

You need toget these done

Detailed Answer:
Hello
Thanks for feedback.Cystoscopy done in 2008 is irrelevant in present context.

Brief Answer:
You need to evaluate systematically.

Detailed Answer:
Hello
Thanks for writing again and highlighting new complain of swelling of the legs.

In your earlier statement you have mentioned that your KFT (Kidney Function Tests) are normal.Swelling in the legs with normal KFT can be due to dependant oedema and has no significance .

You need to evaluate with joint consultation of Nephrologist and Urologist..I do not know any one XXXXXXX

Thanks and Regards.
