Brief Answer:
Either irritant contact dermatitis or insect bite reaction

Detailed Answer:
Hi
Thanks for being at healthcare magic

I have reviewed the attached photographs.

It can be due to irritant contact dermatitis to something you have used on your stomach or due to some unnoticed insect bite reaction.

In such cases I recommend my patients to apply cortisone cream on the affected area twice daily and take tablet Chlorpheniramine 4 mg once daily at bedtime.

This usually resolves the lesion in 5-7 days.

I hope to have answered your query.

Regards
Dr Asmeet
