Question: I HAVE A BURNING SENSATION ON THE HEAD OF MY PENIS AND IT BECOMES INCREASINGLY WORSE UPON URINATING. THERE IS NO DISCHARGE BUT HAVE AN INCREASE IN URINATING . THIS PROBLEM SEEMS TO HAVE WORSEN SINCE I SHOWERED EARLIER IN THE DAY AND THOUGHT IT MIGHT BE THE BATH SOAP I USED.

Thanks for query .

Burning at the glans penis after having used bath soap is mostly due to allergic reaction to soap (Urethritis)

You need to Topical local anesthetic jelly like Lignocaine to be applied over glans penis

Take anti inflammatory drug like Diclofenc twice daily for a 2-3 days .

Ensure to wash your genital with warm water twice daily .

Ensure to drink more water.
