What Causes Burning Sensation On Penis After Urination?

Question: My penis burns after I pee and my pee is foamy.....also ive been having episodes ofbreathing problems and a stabbing pain in my chest in the middle.... these episodes go away after couple hours

Hi and welcome.

It seems like tjere are two separated problems in your case. First, it seems like you have uroinfection and it should be terated by antibiotics. You should do urine analysis and prostate ultrasound to rule urinary infection and prostate disorders out. Your second problem is chest related. it can be caused by lung or heart issues. You need extensive work up that include chest xrays, ecg, troponin, heart ultrasound and spirometry. Till that try to rest,drink plenty of fluids, raspberry tea and measure your blood pressure frequently. WIsh you good health. Regards
