Brief Answer:
Suspected vaginal thrush....

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

I am sorry for the situation you are in.

If you had a bout of diarrhea, especially if feces were acidic, that could have cause local irritation.

However, to my opinion, there are other problems I should look for:
- vaginal thrush (if you have been using antibiotics recently)
- intestinal parasites/worm (if the cause of diarrhea bout was intestinal parasites)

I understand that your next appointment is not earlier than October, however further diagnostic tests should be run earlier than October:
- examination of stool for ova/parasites
- vaginal swab testing
- urine analysis
- diabetes testing

Depending on the tests results, specific treatment will be prescribed. Until then, I should ask to:
- keep a good hygiene of your genitalia
- was with non-irritating intima and warm water
- dry it well
- apply yogurt or vaginal probiotic suppositores you might find at over the counter pharmacy
- apply OTC clotrimazole or econazole cream locally

Hope it was of help! Let me know if I can assist you further!
