Brief Answer:
Please provide more information and consider these guidelines

Detailed Answer:
Hello
I appreciate your concern
Looking at your description I will rule out these possibilities one by one
URTI or sore throat
Stomatitis
Nutritional deficiency like B complex and folic avid

Here I would like further information for better assessment like
Are you having cough or running nose
Are you having acid reflux
are you having this burning sensation throughout the day or it occurs only after food or drink
Do you smoke?
Meanwhile you should follow these guidelines
you should do gargling with warm saline or antiseptic mouth wash
you can take levocetrizine or other anti allergic drug for a while
you should take multivitamin and vitamin C supplements

Please write back to me with these details with these details I have asked, so that I will be able to tell you more precisely.
Best wishes

I dont smoke. In general this kind of problem starts ivn the afternoon and gets worst before I go to sleep. I am very tired all the day and every part of the face hurts if I touch. Since it all started after taking that pill, I thought I may have the Dteven Johnsons syndrome. You think I should take the antialergic pills without seeing a specialist? Meanwhile I am sending my blood analysis Thank you very much. I also suffer from thyroides of Hashimoto and I take eutirox everyday.

thank you again! After seeing my blood analysis, do you think I need to take multivitamine and folic acid or iron? Ia there any possibility that multivitamine can cause reaction. These days I have also experienced discomfort with my stomach, stomach pain. I have had also a difficult period, somebody of my family has died and I was thinking If this kind of discomfort may occur due to anxiety dissorder? Thank you again.

Brief Answer:
This might be related to stress and anxiety disorder

Detailed Answer:
Hello
welcome again
Looking at your reports multivitamin and iron supplements is advisable as your hemoglobin is just 11.2 gm% which is near lower limit of normal range.

Generally multivitamins supplements are well tolerable so chances of allergic reaction is less likely. However if you find any kind or discomfort or reaction you should stop taking it immediately.

Stomach pain and difficult periods might be related to anxiety disorder as anxiety and stress adversely affect the stomach as well as periods.
you can take anti acidity medicines like ranitidine or pantoprazole group of drugs with antacids for 2 to 3 days for stomach discomfort.

Hope this answers your question

Thank you very much. You have helped me a lot. I tried with ulcezol and today I am a little bit better. Before I close our conversation, I have a very last question: Sometimes I feel a sense of cold and numbness in the upper part of gengives. In fact these days it is not going away. I don't know where does it come from. Maybe from thyroides? Thank you again.

Brief Answer:
Single dose a day is sufficient

Detailed Answer:
Hello
Welcome again
don't worry you can contact me any time it's not bothersome at all to me.In fact I am happy to converse with you

In my opinion multivitamin might not cause you any reaction as it doesn't contain any known allergic substances, however be watchful for initial 2 to 3 days for development of rashes or any other unusual symptoms.

Ulcezol contains omeprazole 20 mg, single dose a day is sufficient.
you should take it half an hour before breakfast for better results

Thanks you very much for using our services
I liked conversing with you a lot and I am always there for you for any kind of assistance.
