What Causes Burning Sensation In The Tip Of The Penis While Urinating?

. U know inhave this prob for past one month and uti 2 months. Still i have burning sensation. It comes and goes i can very well feel on tip. Not while urinating. I have said u i have not moved my foreskin for cleaning so fear can it b a cancer and alos if dont move it i feel there is no burning ystd i dint move only while bathing i moved. I dint have it. Today i have toncheck will it b there are not. All Dr aays burning will not b there for this discoliration then why its tere i feel i am some where wrong which is a big prob in my body. Feel tiered also. Attched my today photo and also the blood report which intook for my satisfaction the lecocytesbwas high and others are normal. Pls help me to come out. No oonment applied for last 2 weak. Does the burning sensation and lecocytes have any corolotion. Pls help me.

The White cell count is normal.
The Lymphocytes look less as the neutrophils are on a higher side and the Total of all 5 components is 100 hence the relatively less lymphocytes.
Photo looks okay, there is no lump or ulcer.
The variegated appearance is post-healing phenomenon.
The burning at the tip is usually indicative of urethritis or cystitis particularly at the base of urinary bladder.
Have review tests of urine and an ultrasound of the whole abdomen particularly for genito-urinary system.
Since you are 40 years old and are married, the foreskin must be completely movable and hence should be thoroughly cleaned daily as accumulation of smegma can cause irritation. If the skin can not be retracted fully one may need circumcision.

I can clearly feal my burning sensation only on the pink area. So my mind says will it b a cancer. Can cancer b only with this discoloration. Internet says penis cancer first sign is discoloration pls help me can i take any tab for avoiding burning sensatuon .

Here by attached the site. My Dr just gave me cystopan100 3 times a day for 10 days. It would help me i think. Then why the skin is discoloured. Pls help me.

The first noticeable symptom of penile cancer is typically a lump, mass or ulcer and so on.
Then they have mentioned other symptoms.
You do not have lump, mass or an ulcer... you have burning and change in color.
Since you have had balanoposthitis, the rejuvenation of skin takes time and once complete the color may change to normal. It can take a few more weeks for this.

I have burning only till 2 pm. In my sence it should be of 2 reason. 1. I am moving more my foreskin in the morning hours and sur to scratching of foreskin towards the effcted skin it may burn.
2. Can uti or concentrated urine make it.
