Brief Answer:
Other treatments should be added.

Detailed Answer:
Hello and thanks for using HCM.

I have read your question and understand your concerns.

When it comes to peripheral neuropathy treatment, it is necessary first to find and treat the cause (for example diabetes, low vitamin B12, toxicity, viral infection, alcohol use, etc.).

Besides this, symptoms may be relieved by antineuralgic drugs such gabapentin, pregabalin, amitriptyline, local use of capsaicin cream, vitamins B supplements, etc.

Good control of symptoms should promote good sleep too. Drugs to improve sleep such zolpidem, xanax, etc. could be used the short term too.

Discuss with your Doctor about these issues.

Hope you found the answer helpful.

Take care.
