Brief Answer:
Likely to be Non specific intestinal colic

Detailed Answer:
Hi
Welcome to Healthcare-Magic
Greetings of the day

Dear Ms

It's likely to be Non specific intestinal colic. Occasionally the intestine may experience spasm that is cause of colicky pain.
In the absence of loose motion, vomiting and distension of abdomen there is no cause for concern.
I would suggest you the following which will definitely help
1. Antispasmodic: Drotaverin which will relieve intestinal spasm will definitely help.
2. Proton pump inhibitor: Pantoprozole and Domperidone will be helpful.
3. Soft diet
4. Avoid carbonated beverages

In case you require any further assistance, will be glad to assist you.

Thank you ,
I did have an endoscopy last year in July ( no byopsies were taken I was on holiday in Spain and the pain was just terrible so it was done urgently there ) also a colonoscopy without biopsy I also had a CT scan which didn't reveal anything apart from a small fibroid , would you think these tests need to be repeated ? Sadly still in the pain . I continue to go back to my GP here in the UK / NHS but they don't offer any tests I have been labelled for years with IBS I very much doubt that would cause this constant pain and still suspicious that I still have giardia I am suffering also with severe musle and joint and tendon pain throughout my body and extreme fatigue I do often think it must be linked somehow
Thanks again any thoughts you have are helpful
