Brief Answer:
Not due to torn stitches.

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for trusting us with your health concern.
The burning pain under the scar line after a month of surgery is likely to be due to superficial nerve fiber involvement in the scar tissue. This is not suggestive of torn stitches. If the stitch line is healthy, not swollen without any discharge then there is no need to worry. This burning pain will decrease with a cold compress on the area. This should subside on its own in few days.
Please feel free to discuss further. I will be glad to answer the follow up queries that you have.
Wishing you good health.

Last night my pain got so bad I had to take some pain med & I did as suggested with ice on the area & this morning when I tried getting out of bed it hurt so bad especially if I twisted my upper body to get out of bed I just don't understand why all of a sudden the pain came back I've not hurt like this except right after my surgery

Brief Answer:
Do get yourself examined.

Detailed Answer:
Hello.
Thanks for writing again.
If the pain is acute and you cannot even move without feeling pain then it is best to get yourself examined. There can be some problem with the internal stitches.
Hope my answer is helpful.
