Brief Answer:
Can be due to anal fissure.

Detailed Answer:
Hi

Thank you for asking HCM.

I have gone through your query. Your problem can be due to anal fissure. Stool softeners will be helpful. Avoid getting constipation, then it will get healed fast. You can apply creams like diltiazem and corticosteroid creams like hydrocortisone.

Stool softeners like softovac or lactulose at bed time will be helpful. You can also take prunes or prune juice at bed time. Take food with dietary fibres like vegetables or lentils. Also take more plain water daily. Sits bath will be helpful in relieving pain and inflammation. Use warm water to wash after bowel movements. This will help to relax the sphincter.

If there is no improvement then a consultation with a general surgeon should be done.

Hope this may help you. Let me know if anything not clear.
Thanks.
