Hi
Thank you for query. Welcome to health care magic.
I am Dr Bharatesh D Basti answering your query.

There are minor chances of transmission of STDs by oral sex.
The symptoms may be due to irritation or anxiety.

Just clean the area with warm water twice daily.
Take analgesic like brufen after food.
Observe for any rash or swelling.
Just relax.
You can get tested for STDs panel tests as a routine.

You can get back for any clarification.
Thank you

I have had a urinalysis but not the results yet
What can the urine test show. ? Is it only if there is infection in the urine or it can show if there are traces of other diseases as stated above. I have also had a general blood work done. Does the test have to specifically for theses diseases ?

Brief Answer:
Urine analysis mention about urinary tract infection.

Hi
Thank you for follow up query.

Urine analysis will show any infection in urinary tract. It does not give information on other infections.
Routine Blood tests done usually do not suggest about the above mentioned STDs tests.
It has to be mentioned specifically for the diseases.
You can wait for the reports.
You can get back for any clarification.
