Question: Hi doctor,, if i eat little spicy food,, my anal portion becomes wound n starts bleeding during bowel movement. How to avoid it

From your history it seems that due to your food style taking spicy and junk food creates this problem.
Taking spicy food increases acid level into GI tract and irritation produced by taking spicy and junk food might give rise to soreness and high acid Ph of stool producing burning and sometimes bleeding in stool.
Change your food style.
Avoid spicy, fried and junk food.
Take plenty of milk, buttermilk, curd in your diet.
Avoid constipation.
Meanwhile take Omeprazole 20 mg medicine daily for few weeks.
