Question: I have bumps on the back of my leg, near my knee. Pic is attched, any cause/treatment options?

Hi,
I took a look at pics
It appears to be hair follicle infection called folliculitis by staph or strep bacteria. You can find FUSIDIC ACID cream if available over the counter. If not available you can buy NEOSPORIN pain relief which is a combination of antibiotic plus pain.
Ok just neosporin should work. Please try it.
Apply three times a day on each bump for 5 days.
