What Causes Bumps On Chest, Shoulder And Neck?

Question: i had these bumps like this show up over night only on my neck my shoulders and chest not alot only like 10 bumps total they dont itch or hurt or anything is this a reaction to something or bites or what any ideas and the ones on my shoulders are 2 right next to each other in different spots

I read carefully your description and watched the picture you provided.

From the looks of it, seems like it is an infection called folliculitis, because the spreading of it its typical too.

If they are not itchy, the chances that it will be an allergy are very low.
Also, they have appeared very fast to be an acne.

Have a look on it, because sometimes the body fights it by itself.

If it will get worse, or not better, you may need an antibiotic prescription from your local doctor.
