Brief Answer:
Circumvallate papillae

Detailed Answer:
Hello
Thanks for the query.
Bumps on back of tongue are normal.
These are called as circumvallate papillae.
These sometimes become larger in mild throat infections.
Do warm saline gargle, you should get relief.
Let me know if you have any other doubts.
Thank you.

Brief Answer:
Circumvallate papillae

Detailed Answer:
Hello
Thanks for the follow up and photographs.
These are circumvallate papillae and are found in every individual.
These are totally normal.
Just relax you don't need to do anything to get rid of them.
These are actually collection of lymph nodes for protection from infection.
Do warm saline gargle if you feel irritation.
Let me know if you have any other doubts.
Thank you.
