Question: Hi, I'm a 28 yr old male and have been suffering from bulging discs in my lower back. I have a very active work profile which involves physical activies like running and team games like basket ball. recently i've noticed that my erections are getting weaker and weaker. During intercourse, i tend to ejaculate much faster that earlier. Is this related to the disc bulge or should i be worried abt something else? Pl advice

Lower spine disc problems may cause nerve radicles compression thus causing problems in bladder and sexual problems including ejaculation but I need to know the details of your disc problems before making any definite comment.

So,It would be really nice if you can tell whether you are a known case of disc disease.If yes,what are your MRI findings?Since when you are having disc issues?

At the same time,this problem can be psychogenic in origin as well.

So,Its difficult to say anything unless I saw to what extent your discs are involved.Please follow-up with details and I shall be glad to answer it well.
