Brief Answer:
Explained

Detailed Answer:
Hello and Welcome

I appreciate your concern

Based on your description, an infective cause for the mucus in stool should be looked for and ruled out. Some mucus can commonly accompany the stool and is not abnormal. Stool routine exam and for ova and parasites should be done to determine the cause.

Wishing you best of health

Thanks
