Brief Answer:
Seems to be pigmented purpuric dermatoses

Detailed Answer:
Hi
Thanks for being at healthcaremagic
I have reviewed the attached photographs and you seem to be having pigmented purpuric dermatoses.
It is a type of capillaritis which is commonly seen in individuals having prolonged standing, walking or running, individuals with diabetes, thyroid disorders, varicose veins, obesity and sometimes without any cause.
It occurs due to leakage of pigment in the skin and hence the discolouration.
To stop its progression avoid prolonged periods of standing, walking, rule out diabetes and thyroid disorders.
