Question: When I wipe myself after urination, I have dark like dirt specs on the tissue with mild itching and no discharge and I'm just coming off period but I saw it when began my period.

I saw the dirt like specs st the beginning of my period. I am also taking antibiotics for oral surgery and pain medications.
