Question: I have a small penis with very skinny legs. I also have large breasts and carry alot of weight in those areas. I have a full beard with full head hair. Other than that I dont have much body hair besides around my penis and arm pits. Right now I am about 5"9 190. Are these abnormal conditions? i am very embarrassed with the way I look. My penis also turtles alot which drives me nuts. I was once an athlete but really never had a nice body when I was in shape either. I forgot one thing I have small hands as well. Thanks!

A normal size penis in the flaccid state is approximately 4-5 inches. this is measured at the tip of the penis to the penile base. You'll have to depress the fat pad in the penile base to be able to measure it. If you have a thick fat pad in the area then your penis would appear shorter than it's actual lenght.

Each body habitus is different for each individual and some are blessed with very proportional sizes and some are not. You may observe your relatives if you share the same body habitus. And to answer your question It might not be an abnormal condition for you to have that body habitus.

That being said you may need to check for your blood testosterone levels in the morning in a nearby laboratory just to be sure that you don't have a hormonal problem that may be causing you to have increased fat deposition in the torso which are usually seen in women with overflowing estrogen in to bodies. If the levels are low then this is easily corrected with a hormone shots. However since your able to grow a full beard then this is unlikely but it is better to check to be certain.

Exercise would do wonders for you. It would increase endorphins and other hormones that would burn more fat and would make you more lively and active. Moderate exercise 3x a week is very effective to burn fat and would definitely increase testosterone levels. This would also shave off the fat pad thickness at the penile base and would make your penis longer.
