Brief Answer:
Magnetic resonance imaging whole abdomen

Detailed Answer:
Hi.
Your blood reports including complete blood count, liver function test and renal function test are all normal.

Your use pelvis suggests you are having blocked fallopian tube.

It is mostly caused by streptococcal infection. Your symptoms are mostly due to that.

You need to do MRI whole abdomen.

You also need surgery to open the block.

Brief Answer:
pelvic inflammatory disease

Detailed Answer:
Hi

The major cause of this condition is pelvic inflammatory disease (PID) or chronic salpingitis (the inflammation of fallopian tubes), which can be triggered by the infection of streptococcus bacteria.

IUDs, endometriosis, and abdominal surgery sometimes are associated with this problem.

As a reaction to injury, the body rushes inflammatory cells into the area, and inflammation and later healing result in loss of the fimbria and closure of the tube.

These infections usually affect both fallopian tubes, and although a hydrosalpinx can be one-sided, the other tube on the opposite side is often abnormal. By the time it is detected, the tubal fluid usually is sterile, and does not contain an active infection.

Tubal corrective surgery are mostly performed to fix this problem.

Adhesions and blockage can be removed by this procedure. Unfortunately, however, pregnancy rates tended to be low as the damage of the tubes done by the infection is not treated. Further, ectopic pregnancy is the typical complication.

In vitro fertilisation (IVF) is always suggested for those who don't want to undergo surgery to treat this condition.

Herbal medicine is one of the most popular alternative treatment for hydrosalpinx.

Some herbal formulas are highly powerful in removing the blockage and adhesions, and even make fallopian tubes function well.

The most remarkable advantage of herbal medicine in treating hydrosalpinx is that they can make the tubes function well, which allows the patients to conceive naturally.

Brief Answer:
residual effects of a prior sexually transmitted disease

Detailed Answer:
Hi

Your USG pelvis suggest ovarian lesions or hydrosalpinx.

That is why i would davise you to do an MRI whole abdomen for a more conclusive diagnosis.

If it is due to hydrosalpinx then it may be due to long untreated infection in the fallopian tubes.

A number of situations may lead to fallopian tube infection, including the residual effects of a prior sexually transmitted disease, prior ruptured appendix and excessive tissue buildup due to endometriosis.

The inflammation and healing process resulting from such infection destroys the delicate finger-like fimbria, which extend from the end of the fallopian tube to the ovary. Fimbria are responsible for carrying the egg to waiting sperm and moving egg and sperm together for fertilization. When injured, fimbria become fused together, thus closing off the tubes. Fluid then collects in the fallopian tubes, making it impossible for them to function.
