Brief Answer:
The reports are mostly normal

Detailed Answer:
Hi and thanks for your query.

These reports are almost normal.

We may think the typhoid report to be borderline and needs to be correlated clinically, if you have symptoms of typhoid like diarhea, abdominal pain, fever, etc. If you do not have these symptoms then I will suggest that you repeat the typhoid widal test and typhidot too. If the titers are rising then you have typhoid and can take antibiotics for it. If titers not rising then ignore it.

Thyroid profile, liver function tests, kidney function tests should also be done.

Hope it helps.

Brief Answer:
SGPT test is not attached

Detailed Answer:
Hi again,

SGPT test is not attached. It is a component of liver function tests.

Bodyache can be for many reasons. Mostly it is due to infections. Lymphocytosis also suggests some infection but location of infection is still not known to me. Provide more details about your symptoms and other tests. Examination by a doctor also helps in localizing the site of infection.

If you don't have symptoms of typhoid, then it is better to get the test done again and recheck with me or your doctor. If the ratio in the test rises, then you will need antibiotics. I usually suggest a combination of cefixime and ofloxacin for 10 days for typhoid. But it should not be taken unnecessarily.
