What Causes Body Aches, Cold, Cough And Fever?

Question: hi Doctor,
my wife 32 years old is having body ache, cold , coug h and fever also 100. fever is on and off. Her periods are also going on . what could be done it suggested .
she has been taking regularly amlopres for bp and lavera 750 mg for neuro.

I can understand your concern
According to the history you have given your wife is just suffering from Viral flu.
1 Ask her to take complete rest
2 Tab Paracetamol 500mg after food , for fever and body ache thrice daily till fever
subsides
3 Drink plenty of water/fluids
4 Have soft and bland diet
No need of any antibiotics.
Viral fever usually takes 1 week to subside
