Brief Answer:
Following answer to your query.

Detailed Answer:
Hi and thank you for asking!
I read your query and understood your concerns.

First of all what you are experiencing may be a side effect of exforge use. This is why I would like to make the following suggestions:
- use paracetamol as first line treatmemt to relieve your pain.
- use advil as second line to relievethe ache
- use tramadol as third line preparation to relieve the pain.

This is the best way to relieve your pain without raising your BP.

Hope this will be of help!
Wish you health!
