Brief Answer:
Sequelae of flu and common cold. GERD is also a possibility

Detailed Answer:
Thank you for asking

I read your question and i understand your concern. Your symptoms of body ache, chest pains, cough , earaches and wheezy chest with sore throat with history of recent flu and cold are sequelae of this and should be treated and managed conservatively.

Salt water gargles, garlic water mouth rinses and throat lozenges, some ibuprofen or tylenol and home remedies like hot beverages or herbal tea mixed with honey for the relief. It will help the cough as well.

Another possibility is of acid reflux disorder that can explain all your symptoms. So i would like you to get evaluated for it too if the symptoms persist.

Right now symptomatic treatment and home remedies shall work and should be fine.

I hope it helps. take good care of yourself and dont forget to close the discussion please.

Khan
