Brief Answer:
Getexamined and evaluated by a physician

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
I have gone through attached photos.
Edema in leg is definitely abnormal.
Unilateral swelling needs to be evaluated for deep venous thrombosis, filariasis.
If swelling is bilateral then possibilities may be cardiac, renal, hypoproteinemia, liver disease.
You need to get examined properly by a physician.
