Brief Answer:
Diabetic retinopathy/open angle glaucoma/Macular hole

Detailed Answer:
Hello Sir,

Welcome to Healthcare Magic.

I understand your concern.Though you had an eye check up one month ago,the diseases like open angle glaucoma or diabetic retinopathy or macular hole can come up within this time. And you being a diabetic and your age, increases the progression of these diseases in you.

I would suggest you to see an eye doctor as soon as possible and get evaluated and treated for the same .

Hope i have answered your query. If you have no further clarifications, please rate this answer and close this discussion.
