Brief Answer:
Sudden uniocular blurry vision in diabetic

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

Thank you for your query. I can understand your concerns.

Sudden onset blurry vision in one eye in an elderly diabetic may be due to vitreous hemorrhage or a detached retina. You need to undergo ophthalmoscopy.

People with diabetes may develop Chronic external otitis, sometimes invasive otitis externa usually secondary to P. aeruginosa infection.

Ocular blurring is not related to the ear ache.
