What Causes Blurred Vision And Dizziness?
Question: I'm working at my desk and talking to a client and I suddenly couldn't break, my vision when blury and I got dizzy. I took a deep break and was able to finish the call I was on but now I don't feel very good. Is this anything to be concerned about? I am 54 years old, over weight and normally my BP is 110 over 70.

The symptoms of the query are quite broad. The list of conditions that you can have are relatively large.

There is a possibility that the symptoms were due to a stroke or a seizure. I would have suggested a MRI brain for either conditions, with additions EEG for the latter.
In both the conditions, the symptoms start suddenly. The recovery may be fast.
Then, it may be a cardiac issue. An angina like symptoms of maybe a arrhythmia. Both can cause similar episodes. An ECG and Echocardiography may be helpful.
Abnormality of the sugars, thyroid, electrolyte balance can all cause same conditions. Fluid imbalance and dehydration or simply a skipped meal can cause problems.
Loss of blood suddenly from stomach or intestine can cause symptoms. So watch the colour of the stools and plan endoscopy if needed.
