Question: bloody sputum with bloody streaks.. had seen before 2 months when I had fever..had fever and allergic bronchitis 2 months back

1. Pulmonary Tuberculosis
2. Lung Carcinoma
3. Mitral Stenosis
4. Severe strain full coughing due to any reason.

1. When did you had the first episode?
2. Since how long are you having cough with sputum?
3. Any fever, weight loss associated?
4. Any history of palpitations, anxiety?
5. Any history of any cardiac issue?
6. Smoking and Alcohol consumption details?
7. Do you have asthma like symptoms like breathlessness, wheezing?
8. Any history of chest pain?
