I have seen the picture you uploaded.

It can be bacterial or allergic conjunctivitis form which if there is thick discharge and light sensitivity then it can be bacterial but itching with watery discharge may be allergic.

So,I would like to know,

Is there watery discharge from your eyes?
Do you feel sticky and itchy in your right eye?
Do you feel eye burning?

Although,antibiotic eye drops (ciprofloxacin eye drops) with antihistamine eye drops will help you to get symptomatic relief.They are available over the counter.

Continue eye wash with cold water along with anti-histamine tablet like oral levocetrizine 5mg daily.
