Brief Answer:

Detailed Answer:
Hello Madam
Thank you for the follow up.
Since you are having severe itching of the eyes you need to use anti histamine eye medications.
I usually prefer to use anti histamine drugs like olopatadine one drop two times a day.
Vigamox is an antibiotic eye drops and it contains moxifloxacillin.
You can continue vigamox eye drops as advised by your doctor and use anti histamine eyedrops.
Your symptoms will come down with the use of these eye drops. Since it seems like you are having allergic conjunctivitis it may take 2-4 weeks for complete relief.
Hope I have answered your question and the information is helpful to you.
Thank you
