What Causes Blood In Vomit After Food Poisoning?

Question: Hi,
I have travelled to Ahmedabad two days ago and while traveling i had outsidefood and it didnt digested well so i had a big vomiting after the jouney and at last in the fum I can see a minor blood. Is there anything to be concerned about?
Now i am completely feeling alright but i just got that doubt.

Blood seen after a 'Big" vomiting could be due to a small tear in the lower end of the esophagus.
Since you did not have any further bleed and you feel alright, there is no need to worry.

But however I recommend you to get an upper GI endoscopy to confirm the diagnosis.
