Brief Answer:
Blood mixed with urine

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

IT should be blood mixed with urine. I suggest to get urine microscopy done first. Later Ultrasound of bladder and kidneys. Since the prostate is fine these are the next things to be checked. Please do not ignore this symptom at this age. It could be infection, tumor or stone.
If everything is alright then you can relax. Prostate is highly blood supplied so simple break in the capillaries which are fragile can cause blood to leak and mix with urine causing pink.
meanwhile drink more water to flushout.
Pass urine frequently so that nothing is left in the bladder
While passing urine, put down the pants till knee level and let all the drops fall off the penis so that you are sure no urine is left inside bladder.

Brief Answer:
Its a urine test

Its an urine test. They take a sample of urine and watch it under microscopy. It reveals details of blood cells, pus cells, protein, casts ph etc.
This can be a very cheap and effective test initially.
