Brief Answer:
few possible causes

Detailed Answer:
Hi and welcome.
Most common causes of blood in urine are uroinfection and kidneys stones and this should be ruled out first. In your age, also, prostate hyperplasia is possible cause and prostate tumors as well. CT scan will show is prostate enlarged. You need to do PSA marker more. Cystoscopy will rule out bladder polyps or tumors and then you can relax since all other causes are benign and can be treated with antibiotics. Wish you good health. Regards
