Brief Answer:
Kidney stone causes hematuria.

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Thank for your question.
Blood in urine could be related to multiple causes.

According to your history blood in urine (hematuria) could be due to kidney stone.
I were your treating doctor I would suggest you:
To keep drinking water and other fluids to pass stone.
If you will not able to pass stone without medication, I would prescribe alpha blockers to help your body pass the stone.
If you have pain I would give pain medication Ibuprofen.

Besides that I also suggest you to visit doctor
He can give medication to pass stone.
For investigation like stone analysis to find out type of the stone.
To know about your kidney function.

Drink plenty of water.
It prevents stone formation in future.

Hope I have answered your question.
If you have any questions I will be happy to help you.
Thank you.

Brief Answer:
Glomeruli damage can cause proteinuria.

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

Presence of proteins indicate that glomerulus is affected. It may be a primary glomerular condition or due to obstruction / infection from a kidney stone. Routine urinary examination, ultrasound scan and basic renal panel tests will help us identify the cause. Without these tests, I don't think you will be able to find whether you have a primary glomerular condition or are these secondary to kidney stone. I suggest you to discuss with your treating doctor about these tests.

If you have history of long standing high blood pressure and renal disease, my diagnosis will be more towards primary glomerular pathology than kidney stone initiated event.

In the meanwhile, I would suggest you to avoid protein food( meat dairy products, nuts, cheese).
You need to control your blood pressure by taking less sodium(fast food, canned food, pickles, cheese).

If you have any questions I will be happy to help you.

Thank you.
