Brief Answer:
Could be due to recurrent prostate enlargement

Detailed Answer:
Hello
Thanks for your query, based on the facts that you have posted it appears that you have undergone TURP 6 years back and has been passing blood in urine since very recently.

This could be mostly due to recurrent enlargement of prostate However this needs to be confirmed by clinical examination by a qualified Urologist and get following tests done
1) Urine routine and culture.
2) Ultrasound scanning of abdomen
3) Serum PSA.
4) Endoscopic examination of bladder and urethra.(Cystoscopy)

Further treatment will be decided by him depending upon results of these tests and final diagnosis,

Hope I have answered your query ,please feel free to ask if you have more questions ,
I shall be happy to help you
Thanks and Regards.
