Brief Answer:
Proper hydration is important.

Detailed Answer:
Thanks for asking on HealthcareMagic.

I have gone carefully through your query and understand your concerns. It could be due to hemoglobinuria or myoglobinuria which could be precipitated by excessive workout although excess masturbation has no role to play in this.

Initial treatment focuses on preventing myoglobin precipitation in the urine and this can be done either drinking plenty of water and ORS (oral rehydration solution) or by intravenous administration of normal saline. Early hydration is the key to ameliorate acute kidney injury.

It would be advisable to see a doctor as already planned.

Brief Answer:
Drink plenty of water. You would need to visit and follow up with a doctor.

Detailed Answer:
Thanks for the update.

Although not a cause of panic, the condition needs monitoring. Hence a doctor's visit would be advisable. If managed properly it should not turn into something serious. As already mentioned, proper hydration is the key.

You can rest assured that your identity would not be made public.
