Brief Answer:
It can be renal stones

Detailed Answer:
Hi! Welcome to health care magic! Thanks for sharing your concerns with us. We will try to help you in best way possible.

First of all, it is sad to know what you had gone through. Based on the history you have shared, these symptoms can be due to renal stones which can cause loin pains, blood in urine as well as symptoms of urgency and frequency though benign prostatic hypertrophy should be ruled out as well. These both can in turn lead to urinary tract infections and that can cause high white blood cells.

You need an immediate urologist review, renal function tests and ultrasound KUB as soon as possible. Meanwhile keep on drinking plenty if water and citrosoda XXXXXXX If needed may be started on anti spasmodic like drotaverine and acetaminophen for pains and antibiotics may later be considered once infection is proved in urine cultures.

Wishing you a speedy recovery. If you have any more questions, feel free to ask. Regards.
