Brief Answer:
Blood thinner medicine

Detailed Answer:
Hi XXXX
Xarelto contains rivaroxaban an oral anticoagulant which is used to reduce the risk of stroke and blood clots in people with atrial fibrillation, not caused by a heart valve problem. It is also used to treat deep vein thrombosis and pulmonary embolism, and to help reduce the risk of these conditions occurring again.
The drug can cause bleeding, which can be serious, and rarely may lead to death. This is because it is a blood thinner medicine that reduces blood clotting.
Since you are having blood in your urine i would suggest u stop the drug immediately and consult a doctor immediately.

Hope I have answered your query. If you have any further questions I will be happy to help.

Regards
DR De
