Brief Answer:
Fracture ribs is unlikely to cause blood in urine

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Thanks for writing in to us.

I have read through your query in detail.
Please find my observations below.

1. Fractured ribs is unlikely to cause any blood in urine and both situations are probably not connected, however any injury to upper abdomen is to be assessed.

2. The blood in urine is an important symtoms and can happen due to infection or injury in the urinary tract.

3. Please consult doctors in the ER and get evaluated in detail. Blood in urine might require additional imaging and laboratory tests to know the cause. Once the condition is confirmed then your doctor will goive you required treatment.

Hope your query is answered.
Please do write back if you have any doubts.
