Brief Answer:
It needs surgeons evaluation and proctoscopy

Detailed Answer:
Hi! Welcome to health care magic! Thanks for sharing your concerns with us. We will try to help you in best way possible. First of all, it is sad to know what you had gone through. Based on the history and the image you have shared, it can be some polyp or some outgrowth extending down the mucosa of rectal canal. Since you have experienced the bleeding too, I would suggest not to rely on OTC or household measures and consult a surgeon for a digital rectal examination and proctoscopy if needed. Meanwhile complete blood count should be reviewed for hemoglobin levels as may have caused painless blood loss earlier too. Meanwhile keep yourself constipation free and use stool softeners or lactulose if needed and avoid excessive manipulation with this outgrowth. Hope this has answered your query, if you have any more questions, feel free to ask. Regards.
