Question: Once or twice a week I have bright red blood at the end of Bowell movement in the toilet bowl, no pain, scary, recently I was having painful hemroids so I started back eating more vegetable? XXXXXXX

noted all the details given in your query. it is doubtful if you say the blood is not associated with pain. painful bleeding is actually benign whereas painless needs serious examination including stool test and colonoscopy.
I would serious consider the unominous at this age.
your doctor should have prescribed local anaesthetic with steroid for hemorroids. that may have reduced pain.
please do not delay seeing a surgeon/ gastroenterology specialist.
